How to make Crunchy Pork Crackling

Air-fried pork crackling. Yummy !!! Super crunchy !!!

Steps:
Slice skin off from pork.
Boil the skin for 5-10 minutes.
Remove fat from skin.
Poke skin with fork.
Brush with vinegar, then salt.
Allow to dry in the fridge (uncovered) overnight.
Brush with a little salt, then a little oil.
Fry in air fryer at 180°C for 10 – 15 minutes. (Fry for longer if not crunchy enough. Don’t burn it though)
Cool. Enjoy this delicious crunchy snack.
