How to make Crispy Fish Skin

Yummy!! Easy!! Not Oily!!
Steps:
Scale the fish.
Strip off skin.
Cut into bite size portions.
Wash & dry.
Sprinkle a little salt.
Dry fry.
Add a little oil.
Cover as they will start to pop.
When popping stops, fry until golden.
Remove, cool and enjoy the crispy fish skin.
