Seafood Stir-fry with Garlic and Sambal Chilli

In Australia, one very convenient way to have a quick and nutritious meal is to purchase a mixed seafood pack from the local farmers’ market. The pack usually contains pieces of fresh salmon, white fish such as snapper, prawns, scallops and calamari rings, all cleaned and ready for use. Chop up some green beans, tomatoes and red pepper and stir fry the lot with garlic and sambal chilli. Dinner is served in less than 15 mins.
